Rhonda Kent is the Owner and CEO of K3 International, Inc. an experienced business owner. She manages a company whose footprint has been around the world. Rhonda is familiar with providing solutions which focuses on a variety of areas such as Project Management, IT, Logistics/Facilities Management, Training and Education, Consulting. She is a ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Qualified. She has had clients/customers ranging from the Department of Defense (DoD), the Department of State, State and Local Governments, commercial entities, and Educational Institutions, from counseling, writing curriculum, to teaching platforms and online. Rhonda has experience working with teams who have supported customers such as Africom, Strategic Command, Transportation Command, Pacific Command. She has assisted with building solutions for government and other small businesses who have specific needs/requirement. She believes in solutions thus why K3 is an end-to-end solutions company.

Heading into 2024 K3 is once again going global. As part of the expanded focus and in conjunction with the HQ relocation, K3 has rebranded to K3 International, Inc. d/b/a K3 Enterprises. A perfect combination of our forward focus without the loss of our roots.

2023 K3 expands to a third DoS opportunity providing Project Management.

2022 K3 receives its WOSB Certification through the SBA.  The expansion of the WOSB certification by the SBA no longer allowed self-certification.

2020 K3 expands to a second DoS opportunity providing Consulting and Acquisition Management

2019 K3 expands its DoD portfolio and adds its first US Department of State as a client, providing Project Management, Logistics/Facilities Management, and Consulting.

2018 K3 recertify’ s from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015

2017 K3 is awarded a major sub role under DAGRS supporting the Army’s Night Vision Lab

In 2016, K3 spun off the international division to Fulcrum IT Services. Following this partial acquisition, K3 conducted a corporate restructuring and converted from an SDVOSB to a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB).

K3’s strategy shifted to focus on Program/Project Management, Logistics/Facilities Management, Training and Consulting (PLTC).

The 2014 K3 is awarded its third IDIQ with the INSCOM Global Intelligence Support and Services Contract, allowing K3 to become a prime on its second multi-billion-dollar, multi-award contract.  As part of this growth,

2013 K3 is awarded a NATO BOA

K3 continues growth in R&D and performs as a transition support agent for the Defense Advanced Research Project Agency (DARPA)

2012 K3 is awarded its second INC Magazine recognition

K3, as a global company, reorganized and started an Intelligence Division and an International Division.  This growth and reorganization allow the company to focus on contracting, compliance, and strategy to continue growing. 

K3 provides facilities management to several medical clinics.

2011 K3 continues to support the intelligence community through Biometrics R&D.  Over the next several years, this capability is deployed globally and helps to support several policy and industry challenges to work through compliance and deployment

K3 is recognized by INC Magazine’s 500/5000 group as one of the fastest growing companies

In 2010, K3 is awarded its first medical contract, and through the expansion into Medical Services, MTESS is born, spun out as a separate company to pursue Medical Training, Research, and eventually host medical facilities and equipment capabilities.

K3 is awarded its second IDIQ Prime Contract with SeaPort-E, which allows K3 to be a prime on its first multibillion-dollar multi-award contract supporting the Navy and SOCOM

Also, in 2010, K3 was awarded a VA Facilities Management Contract.

2009 K3 graduates from the Defense Security Technology Accelerator program and launches its independent headquarters. 

In 2009, K3 expanded its strategy and process, calling it the 4T’s – Technology Introduction, Technology Integration, Technology Training, Technology Sustainment. Using technology to align strategies to fit requirements while delivering COTS with integration solutions, providing POI/TSP, as well as assisting commercial/government with the transition of new technologies into legacy systems. Execution, Planning, Operations, Logistics, Maintenance CONUS and OCONUS accomplish these 4T’s.

2008 enhances the training and intelligence capabilities through support to USSOCOM and the Army for emerging technologies in a series of Joint Technology Concept Demonstrations (JCTDs/ACTDs)

In 2008, K3 achieved ISO 9001:2008 compliance, allowing the company to develop structure, policy, and scalable plans for growth.

K3 is awarded its first IDIQ Prime Contract with GSA via a GSA Schedule 70 for IT Services.

In late 2008, we launched our international support to multiple opportunities. One of these initiatives supported IT and Intelligence across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa, while also expanding west to support research projects in the Pacific, directly in support of the Naval Postgraduate School.

2006 Awards first major subcontract to support the intelligence community with tracking and building network associations. 

Established in 2005 as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in Technology Consulting.
